INITIAL CONSULTATION :   30-60 Minutes - NO CHARGE
This is a visit to your home to get acquainted with you and your pet(s).  At this visit we complete the necessary
paperwork, answer questions, transfer keys and tour your home while discussing detailed instructions on the specifics of caring for your pets. This meeting will be scheduled prior to the beginning of service.

HOURLY CARE:$30.00 for first hour, thereafter $15.00 per half hour.
May include an excursion to an off leash doggie park or a long on leash walk in a neighborhood park.

EXTENDED VISIT:Average 35-45 Minutes - $25.00
Best for long walks, multiple pet homes, and pets with special diets or special needs.

REGULAR VISIT:Average 20-30 Minutes - $20.00
Our most popular choice.  Includes, supervised feedings, walks and play, litter box cleaning, poop scoop, home security check & more.

DROP IN:5 Minutes or less - $10.00
Short drop in to transfer keys (pick up or drop off), quick check on pet(s), check iron/stove, close windows, etc.

BOARD & CARE:   Overnight Care for Dog(s) at Pet Sitter's Home  - $50.00
For dogs that enjoy loving care and companionship in the pet sitter’s home.

OVERNIGHT PET SIT:  Minimum 10  Hours Overnight Pet Care at Client's Home  - $65.00
For pets that need companionship and loving care during the evening and a human presence during the night.  Daytime visits extra.

PET TAXI SERVICE:   Vet trips, Grooming trips, etc.  - $25.00 RT + plus $0.50 per mile

ADDITIONAL FEES
< TRAVEL CHARGES >
  No charge for trips up to 10 miles one way.  Over the 10 miles we charge $1.00 per extra mile, based on Mapquest mileages.  
< SHORT NOTICE BOOKINGS >
Bookings made with less than 24 hours advance notice: $5.00 extra charge.
< NATIONAL HOLIDAYS >
Assignments on Public Holidays:  $5.00 Holiday service fee
< EVENING or EARLY MORNING VISITS >
Visits made between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm are subject to an additional $10.00 per visit.  Visits made 9:00pm-6:59am are twice the normal rate.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Less than 24 hours notice:$10.00 fee
More than 24 hours notice :      Full Refund, may use as credit toward future service.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS  (NATIONAL HOLIDAYS)
Less than 48 hours notice:          $20.00 fee.
More than 48 hours notice:  Full Refund, may use as credit toward future service.

National Holidays are:  New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and  New Year’s Eve.

IMPORTANT TERMS
The total charge for Animal Friends Professional Pet Care service is due before service starts.   A separate signed & completed Pet Care Agreement is also due before the service starts.   With prior agreement you may leave a check and the completed Pet Care Agreement for the first visit.

Dogs require daily exercise to maintain their health, but most need a walk so they don't become bored or anxious. We do not walk dogs in packs so your dog will get individual treatment.

OVERNIGHT PET SITTING
A personalized overnight stay with a professional in your home taking care of your pet.  This service helps pets that suffer from separation anxiety or get easily bored.  We provides hours of love and care for your pet while we maintain the security of your home.  This service includes
a morning and evening walk.

DOGGIE PARK EXCURSIONS
A fun time at the local off-leash dog park, a full hour of playtime!   Transportation included.

PET TAXI SERVICE
Sometimes you don't have time to take your pet to the vet for their visit or to the groomer.  Let us help you out.

Standard Pet Care Services Provided by Animal Friends Professional Pet Care
IN YOUR HOME PET SITTING
When you can't be there due to vacation travel, a business trip or long hours at work, no worry -- we can! These standard pet care services are included at all visits:
>  Fresh food and water on each visit.
>  Pet food & water dishes cleaned on each visit.
>  Giving treats (if allowed).      
>  Taking dogs out for a walk/potty break.
>  Cleaning up pet accidents.
>  Playing with your pets/Giving love and affection.
>  Daily cleaning of all kitty litter boxes.
>  Administering medications if necessary.
>  Pet sit visit log upon request.

Additional Home Care Services included
with Pet Sitting:
>  Your home is kept clean & fresh.
>  Mail and newspaper brought in.
>  House plants watered.
>  Trash and recycling bins put out as required.
